How good is the back-up service
in the case of a fault?

Significantly better than with your current supplier. Our network will chiefly be underground, not in danger from flood, rain, wind, snow or other elements, and it is inherently reliable.

 

Standard response times to a network outage will be eight hours for home users and four hours for business users. Response to failure of a single user's home service will normally be the next business day or a maximum of two business days in exceptional circumstances (if you have accidentally dug up your fibre connection!).
