On-site support and equipment
We will respond very quickly to any issues you experience with your service, but there may be times where it is necessary to charge for services or the requirement for additional equipment. Please refer to the Ownership and Responsibilities section of our Terms and Conditions.
We will always advise in advance where extra chargeable hours and/or equipment may be needed.

Equipment Costs
Router
TP Link type HCB 230.
Suitable for speeds of up 1,000 Mbps. A base station for our WiFi range extenders.

Combined with our HCB 230 router these devices allow you to build a network which connects to WiFi throughout your property.

Optical Network Converter
This is a small box which converts the laser light that brings the Internet to your premises to a computer connection for the router.
